Anahata Soul

Immerse yourself in the practice of Yoga. Visualize waking up near the pacific ocean, taking a morning swim and then practicing yoga, learning the history and philosophy of this ancient practice, discovering more about yourself and who you are through meditation, reading, being still, communing with mother nature and sharing with like minded individuals. Then instead of dealing with traffic and going home to daily stresses, eat local fresh food and enjoy the sunset beachside or sway in a hammock under a palm tree before heading to your bungalow for sweet dreams listening to the monkeys in the trees.
